Product Introduction:

The G-552 series is made of special solder paste and spherical tin-lead alloy powder with very low oxygen content, which provides excellent resolution for continuous printing.In addition, this product contains solder paste with a highly reliable low ionic halogen activator system, ensuring high reliability even after washing the residue after welding.
 

Usage characteristics:

1.) When continuously printing, its viscosity remains stable over time, allowing for consistent and stable printing.

2.) It can achieve precise printing for circuits with a spacing of 0.4-0.6mm and above.

3) It exhibits excellent weldability and appropriate wettability in different areas.

4.) It can be used in both general atmosphere and nitrogen welding furnaces.

5.) It provides good weldability even at extremely high peak temperatures.
